many influences from living in the Bay Area for 20 years
graduated from: Tante Marie's Cooking School and San Francisco School of Bartending at the time I was considering starting a catering business for cocktail parties and wanted certification in mixology but it ended up not being the right fit for that moment in time
Certification from Wines of the World, San Francisco / Ft. Mason also attended San Francisco Chronicle Wine and Cheese Pairings Series
I have attended many additional cooking classes, wine tasting and beer tasting series and culinary events over the years
realized that I really did not want to cook or be a chef as a profession but I really enjoy cooking for friends and family for entertaining and more of the planning phases and creating a seasonal foundation of go to menus decor, events, hostess gifts more from a business development POV
ARCHIVES ... Have developed a keen interest in pairings I really enjoy planning themed menus and events with drinks and dishes that pair well !
I've come back to my roots
inspired by many good cooks in the family ... a bit of an updated take on a lot of family favorites classic casual fare with easy and light preparations letting the flavors of the season shine through supper club plating an appreciation for fresh and seasonal offerings ... with a little whimsy
