the inspiration ...

***will be updating this page/section a little bit ...

after seeing online images of a crown worn by
The British Royal Family members,
observing the design elements and processing the history and meaning
of the design
and understanding that there is still a global concern for the bees ...
I decided...
for every product sold from bb wears signature line a donation is made to support the health and vitality of the bees

while researching for design looks for the crown for the COA,
I was inspired by some online images
a picture I saw online of a crown from
The BRF
... hexagon pattern with the diamonds, made up of dots,
both fashion motifs...
my interpretation of the design ...
hexagon, representing protection, bees, bees pollinate
the dots, pollination ... making diamonds,
representing seeds ... seed production
thinking things through ... sown like seeds ...it's interactive ...
heightened my awareness of the important role of bees
and the importance of pollination
and my curiosity lead me to further research
and I learned more about the products bees make,
more about pollination which ensures seed production
and that bees are guardians of the ecosystem,
in combination with researching and
learning more about heraldry, some old classic patterns and saw
the symbolism within the designs
I think I stumbled upon an old classic theme ...
like a dotted round border-pollination, a seme of fusils-field of seed,
chains - oblige
for the COA Qs I was initially inspired by an online image from an old company of England-
may have been the marble facade of their building using heraldry as decorative symbolic images
If I remember correctly I think it is/was an old cotton or textile company in England
- bees with chains,
hexagon - bees/protection
and initially the bee as a fashion motif, insignia
this all inspired me to continue ... carry on ... the mission
an updated underlying story of the bee, the importance of pollination,
which ensures seed production and guardianship
something we need to protect

***in addition ... the crown representing the bees
like their society, the interactivity,
the socialization, bees are known for community and community service
one of the common interest supports fund or hive development
bb and the wears labels like the bees, one of the clubs common interest is to
support fund development, creation and expansion
from the house template of hangtags with corresponding items and designs
I like to call it a beehive business model ... and feel the crown best represents
the topper for the clubs COA
and this is why bees are considered
to be social and to be socially accomplished
the club motto

we are the society of the socials
